The 2021 SABRE Awards Asia-Pacific, awarded by PRovoke Media, recognizes Superior Achievement in Branding, Reputation and Engagement. The Shortlisted Creative Agencies of the Year are a result of an exhaustive research process involving more than 125 submissions and meetings with the best agencies across the APAC region. The campaigns were evaluated by a jury of more than 68 industry leaders.

On top of that we’re shortlisted as Finalist – Creative Agency of the year and awarded Certificate of Excellence – Branding & Identity. The Orangeblowfish was named Winner – Branding & Identity for Budweiser, where we designed and developed a completely new interactive car race video game called “Drop the Beat” that was played at Found 158 by consumers. “Drop the Beat” was built on a futuristic city in which bars and nightclubs could introduce their brand on buildings and signage. At the center of the game was the Budweiser brand: it’s title, “Drop the Beat”, with a play on the word “Drop”. Building on Budweiser’s long-time association with Electronic Dance Music, where a ‘drop’ is a change in rhythm, the game had a unique feature: it was sound reactive.

We also won Certificate of Excellence – Branding & Identity for Zodiac, a new bar in Shanghai with a modern twist on cocktails inspired by astrology.

In 2020, we were named Winner – Branding & Identity for creative work produced for The Broken Dagger.

This year’s Winner of the Creative Agency of the Year, along with other awards will be presented during the Asia-Pacific virtual SABRE Awards ceremony September 15.
