Graphic Designer
Location: Shanghai
Position: Full Time
Reporting to: Creative Lead
Responsibilities:
- Take briefs as part of a wider creative team and help generate ideas to present back to the Chief Creative Officer and Creative Lead
- Have a good knowledge and the ability to execute a range of different design styles and layouts
- Assist graphic designers on various print, online and on-site projects
- Coordinate and prepare final artwork with printers and suppliers as required
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, plus proofing skills
- Ability to prioritize projects, as well as work under pressure to meet deadlines, and across multiple projects
- Image research
- Maintain project and image files
- Have a desire to learn new graphic design and illustration applications
- Think proactively on behalf of the agency, considering new design/digital initiatives, trends and tools on forthcoming projects
- Be a passionate, resourceful and helpful team player
- Help with ongoing pitch work
The Successful Candidate:
- Must be fluent in Chinese (Chinese National is preferred) and English (professional level)
- At least 3 years working experience in a graphic design role, preferably in an international agency
- Strong background in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Strong layout skills (colour, typography and composition)
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Self-motivated and takes initiative
- Have a good understanding of print media, digital media, branding and interactive design
- A willingness to stay current: keeping skills and knowledge update to industry trends

Intern - Marketing Coordinator
Location: Shanghai
Position: Min 4 days per week
Reporting to: BD & Marketing Manager
We are looking for passionate, research-savvy, and digital natives to join us communication / marketing interns!
Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the BD & Marketing Manager on following up on marketing and/or project requirements
- Brainstorming and researching original content ideas and leading the execution
- Assisting with photo/video content shoots.
- Helping with research on the latest news and trends in China, pertaining to specific categories and needs. Key sectors include hospitality and travel, fashion and beauty, B2B/corporate.
- Helping in the creation of content and social media analysis.
- Helping with other marketing-related tasks as required.
- Assisting with project work
- Pulling together reporting documents as required
- Other duties as assigned by your supervisor and/project leads.
And most importantly: Having fun and sharing your passion!
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Media & Communications, or any related major. Passionate and curious of creativity and advertising.
- Sound knowledge of Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, WeChat, Douyin, Weibo and other social media best practices
- Working hours are negotiable, but a minimum of 4 days is preferred
- Must be fluent in Chinese (Chinese Native is preferred)
- Be able to converse including reading and writing professionally in English
- Photography or video editing skills are also a plus!

Intern - Graphic Design

We’re looking for several passionate, energetic and ambitious individuals to join us as design interns.
Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be doing at our studio:
- Assisting our creative team in all aspects of graphic design and learning what it takes to manage a creative or design project
- Facilitating and helping manage the partners and suppliers we work with
- Gaining a better understanding of the design to application process
Most importantly, having fun, and sharing your passion and creative ideas for great design with a very talent team who love what they do!
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related design-based major
- Strong understanding and fluency in using design programs, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign
- Some experience and familiarity with using other design programs is also valued, although not necessary
- Fluent in Chinese
- Be able to converse including reading and writing in English on a professional level

Project Executive
Location: Shanghai
Position: Full Time
Reporting to: Client Services Director
We are looking for a Project Executive to join our team to help support all aspects of clients’ projects, as assigned.
These include:
- Ownership of client project timelines and the success of client projects
- Assisting the Project Lead with managing day-to-day communications with clients and internal teams in relation to the pitch, brief, strategy, design cycle to production
- Leading and owning weekly project timelines, client reports and meeting agendas
- Identifying and liaising with all third-party production partners for all projects.
- Being the main point of contact for communication with vendors and clients for assigned projects. This includes negotiating with third-party vendors regarding pricing and deliverables.
- Recognizing risks and applying creative problem skills to help mitigate risks. This includes raising bottlenecks and challenges to the Project Lead as soon as the risks are identified.
- Attending on-site meetings as required
- Assisting in other tasks as required.
The ideal candidate will be required to have :
- Minimum 2-4 years of AGENCY project management experience, working on all types of creative campaigns.
- A strong understanding of the creative process
- A strong client-facing ability, ability to communicate effectively
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Demonstrated experience in problem solving, dealing with working under pressure whilst delivering high quality results to meet client and team expectations
- Good reputation when it comes to servicing clients, be presentable and able to clearly communicate effective and work with cross-cultural teams

Project Manager
Location: Shanghai

Reporting to: Client Services Director
We’re looking to recruit a client servicing and project management superstar who will join our team and be on a bunch of exciting projects. This will include from creative and branding, to spatial designs across retail luxury, lifestyle and/or hospitality brands in Greater China.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced working environment and loves managing multiple live projects at any given time. The ideal candidate will be client’s first point of contact, so it’s important that this individual has solid account management skills including developing and nurturing sound relationships with clients, partners, suppliers and internal teams. This ideal candidate will be mature enough to able to handle tough negotiations with clients and/or partners, while obtaining a favourable outcome for the Agency. In addition, the ideal candidate needs have a can-do attitude, able to read between the lines of communications, stay organised, be strategic, and able to think on their feet to resolve problems, while maintaining their cool when things don’t turn out the way they should.
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Client Management:
- Ability to build and foster client relationship and explore new business opportunities with existing clients
- Gain the Client’s trust at all levels and demonstrate an understanding of their business
- Independently manage client expectations to foster effectiveness and productivity
- Lead client meetings including briefing all involved parties (Creative, Design and other departments) of status updates, priorities, challenges and client feedback;
- Understand client needs as well as develop and implement creative strategies and ideas to manage and grow accounts
- Preparing client reports – including outlining, organizing and delivery reports/presentations – as required.
Project Management:
- Building, managing, and meeting project deadlines.
- Ability to lead creative projects from beginning to end with confidence and autonomy
- Maintaining seamless communication between clients and internal project teams and/or partners.
- Researching and collating information at early stage for strategy and creative development.
- Produce quality briefings and ensure the agency produces its best work on time, all the time
- Provide accurate administration and budget allocation across projects
- Ensure that the highest quality of work is produced profitably and within available budget
- Being the last pair of eyes before any work is released to client.
- Identifying and liaising with all third-party production partners for all projects.
- Sourcing products from global and local suppliers as required for production needs.
- Liaising with suppliers, third party vendors and negotiating contracts and pricing as required.
- Providing on-going support to the client servicing and creative team during production phases
- Assisting in other tasks as directed by Agency senior team members
Other responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Agency management team in strategically planning resources, business revenue growth and so forth.
- Supporting the creative team to deliver uniquely creative branding and effective solutions for clients.
- Applying creative and strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Acting as mentor to other junior team members so that the quality of work delivered is always consistent, and continuously improving.
- Participating in business development and/or networking activities including but not limited to research, supporting pitch preparation and attending business development meetings.
The Successful Candidate:
- Possesses a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
- Must have 5-7 years of experience working with an international creative / design agency and with solid account management experience.
- Is a team player and willing to go the extra mile.
- Has proven ability to act as an advisor to personnel who are Senior Manager/Director level and above.
- Is obsessed with everything relating to creative and design, brand experience, and best practices.
- Possesses strong knowledge of digital tools such as WeChat, Weibo, RED, and more.
- Is a strong communicator and has the innate ability to navigate and interact with key stakeholders, clients and the media to get the job done.
- Has the ability to navigate and adapt to new and challenging situations, solve problems, and communicate with those around you.
- Demonstrates strategic planning abilities such as revenue projections, account growth and so forth
- Must be fluent English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
