Since then, under Siu’s creative leadership, The Orangeblowfish has won numerous awards including Campaign Asia’s Greater China – Boutique Agency of the Year in 2022 and 2024, and industry recognition from Transform Asia, Stevie Awards, Digital China, IDDA Awards and more.

Natalie is on a mission to do cool sh*t globally. Born and raised in Australia, she booked a one-way ticket to Asia on the last day of her exams, and since then has never looked back.

As CEO & Founding Partner of The Orangeblowfish, Natalie is responsible for the Agency’s strategic vision and global expansion. She leads a winning team of creatives and storytellers spanning China and Asia Pacific and who work with Fortune 500 and local brands wanting to build a stronger brand equity on a global scale.
