So the last few days have been hell for both myself and Nat as we have been down with summer flu. Its basically been a real battle to do anything as we have had hot and cold sweats, sore throats and soreness down to our little toes! This meant a strict diet of congee (rice cooked till its like a soup) for lunch and dinner and its safe to say WE HATE CONGEE!
